Possible concept of justice of the Zenú community in the Department of Sucre based on the multiculturalism theory of Will Kymlicka

This article identifies the possible concept of justice proper to the Zenú indigenous community in the department of Sucre based on Will Kymlicka's theory of multiculturalism, which allowed us to understand what practices, ideas and principles are associated by this community with the concept of justice that they have historically elaborated. For this, a bibliographic, legislative and jurisprudential review was carried out, which was complemented with interviews that, together, allowed to recognize how for them justice emanates from the conscience and work of their community, from the judicial investigation, from the process itself and the proportionality of its measures with regard to the crimes committed.
