This article seeks to analyze the use of basic rules netiquettes through the social network YouTube in 7th grade students of the Divino Niño Educational Institution that allows us to know how they express themselves in digital environments in a pedagogical way through a synchronous session. The methodology used was the qualitative approach, descriptive type, the methodological design based on grounded theory, the population corresponds to 2400 Basic Secondary students using the Non-Probabilistic Convenience sampling technique to choose a sample of 20 students. First, a list of basic rules netiquettes was made, then the synchronous session was developed on the YouTube social network, subsequently the information was coded using the Microsoft Excel program and the analysis matrix was used as an instrument to carefully observe how they were. managed netiquettes within the virtual space. The results obtained demonstrate that students adequately handle netiquettes with a tolerant attitude, adequate time, not sending fraudulent links, making tags without prior consent, being a social and active user and not using emoticons, which should promote the use of netiquettes in online spaces in an educational way.
