LA INNOVACIÓN COMO FACTOR DETERMINANTE EN LA GESTIÓN DEL CONOCIMIENTO EN LAS PYMES DEL SECTOR SALUD DE BARRANQUILLA
Resumen
El presente trabajo describe los principales factores para la gestión del conocimiento en entidades Pymes del sector salud en la ciudad de Barranquilla y cómo estos con la ayuda de procesos de innovación, investigación y desarrollo contribuyen a crear intangibles y ventajas en las organizaciones. Las Pymes dedicadas a la prestación del servicio de salud en la ciudad están inmersas en un mar de regulaciones, las cuales las hacen improductivas, pero ante el auge del llamado turismo en salud, lo que ha atraído a inversiones y clientes de todas las latitudes, es necesario plantear modelos contables y administrativos para el reconocimiento de activos intangibles. El trabajo se rigió por una metodología rigurosa en donde se establecieron parámetros estadísticos apoyados con análisis multivariado SPSS, con un nivel de confiabilidad razonable y la determinación final del modelo antes mencionado.

ABSTRACT
This paper describes the main factors for knowledge management in SMEs in the health sector entities in the city of Barranquilla and how these processes, with the help of innovation, research and development contribute to intangible benefits in organizations. SMEs engaged in the provision of health services in the city are immersed in a sea of regulations, which make them unprofitable, but since the rise of the so-called health tourism, which has attracted investment and customers from all latitudes, is necessary to raise accounting and administrative models for recognition of intangible assets. The work was guided by a rigorous methodology which establishes statistical parameters supported by multivariate analysis in SPSS, with reasonable confidence level and the final determination of the model above.
