With this legal research, wants to show a flaw or crack identified in the general pension system, regarding the regulation or recognition of a benefit or economic law, for its members who suffer a permanent partial disability, ie loss workforce less than 50%, to cover this type of social contingencies in the system.
We just have to advance the plight of many members of the pension system that do not meet the requirement of invalidity, which according to the study conducted not receive the same protection afforded to the system and established occupational risk, the which indicates financial compensation, according to the damage or loss of experienced workforce that is less than 50%.
