Abstract

RESUMEN


El presente ensayo tiene como finalidad mostrar de manera sucinta el rol tan importante que juega el Juez  mexicano, para llevar a cabo la reforma constitucional en materia de Derechos Humanos del pasado 10 de junio de  2011, ello tomando en consideración las obligaciones internacionales a las que se encuentra sometido México, donde  el control de convencionalidad y el principio pro persona son herramientas de protección de derechos humanos  indispensables.

ABSTRACT


This essay has as purpose show in a summarized way the role as important that the Mexican judge has, to carry  out the constitutional amendment in the field of human rights the past june 11th, 2011. taking in consideration the  international obligations to México is submitted, where conventionality control and the beginning pro person are
protection tools of indispensable human rights.
